MISSION VIEJO, Calif., August 10, 2006—360 Business Consulting, an Orange County based marketing, sales and technology consulting firm, recently announced the promotion of Elizabeth Hernandez to Director of Client Services. Hernandez was previously Controller for the company.

Hernandez will oversee the strategic direction for client programs and ensure that daily implementation is generating successful results. This includes management of the company's marketing, web, public relations and advertising teams.

With the promotion of Hernandez, the company is currently in the process of hiring a Chief Financial Officer.
