360 Mobile Marketing App

Today's marketing and sales leaders realize the necessity of quickly disseminating important information to retail locations, franchises and sales teams. That's why so many executives and salespeople on the go rely on mobile applications.

To serve this rapidly growing and changing market, 360 developed and built a cutting-edge application that instantly sends marketing collateral, documents and videos to hundreds – or thousands – of recipients, via their mobile devices, with the click of a mouse.

Meeting Planner Office

360 created a mobile app for an aggressive meeting planner client that markets itself as particularly savvy in international meetings. Their personal database of hotels, restaurants and meeting facilities in cities around the world is one of their strongest assets. But all of this material was difficult to coordinate, as the company's employees are constantly updating the database with new findings and grades during their international travel.

With the new app, Meeting Planner Office, employees could use their iPhone or Blackberry to take a picture, write up a text entry and store it in the collective database.

The app also allowed company employees to improve service to its current customers. Entering a client's name will bring up database information on that client, including all current and future meeting information and phone/email contacts. Result? Instant access to the client's meeting preferences, which expedites the booking process.
